Chef Jared shares his favorite down-home dishes in this team building Southern cooking class.
Whether you call the South home or you just like good food, gather your team for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make Southern classics from scratch, including homemade butter.
Chef Jared begins the team building class with classic deviled eggs, followed by warm and flaky buttermilk biscuits spread with handmade butter. Next, you'll learn how to make perfect and authentic fried chicken served with mashed potatoes and gravy and sautéed greens, and seasonal cobbler with a crumble top and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
