Team Building Activity - Sensational Salmon Supper

Learn how to create a salmon supper that's weekend dinner party-worthy and magically weeknight-friendly.

In this hands-on class with Chef Bobby, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course salmon dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Chef Bobby will begin by teaching you the art of building a balanced spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese croutons, and a homemade vinaigrette. Then, you will learn how to prepare a flaky and tender almond and caraway crusted-salmon with orange glacé sided by braised winter greens and a creamy parsnip purée before ending with tarte tatin with caramel for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an outstanding dinner with Chef Bobby and it was thrilling to have such an experienced and enthusiastic chef preparing our meal in my own kitchen. Every course was original and beautifully presented. Plus, Chef Bobby was very forthcoming in how he prepared the courses and offered us lots of tips and advice on preparing these dishes ourselves. I'd use Chef Bobby again for another special meal.
