Team Building Activity - Sensational Salmon Supper

Learn how to create a salmon supper that's weekend dinner party-worthy and magically weeknight-friendly.

In this hands-on class with Chef Bobby, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course salmon dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Chef Bobby will begin by teaching you the art of building a balanced spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese croutons, and a homemade vinaigrette. Then, you will learn how to prepare a flaky and tender almond and caraway crusted-salmon with orange glacé sided by braised winter greens and a creamy parsnip purée before ending with tarte tatin with caramel for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Bobby is extremely talented and full of fun stories! The northern Italian duck 4 course meal was phenomenal and it was so fun to learn about the components and steps that go into making such a delicious meal.
