Team Building - Italian Staples With Modern Flair
Few cuisines can hope to rival the delicacy, style, and flavors of Italian. In this team building class, you will work alongside Chef V to create a three-course meal that draws inspiration from both the traditional techniques of the chef's Italian family, and the most current culinary trends.
You and your colleagues can look forward to using locally sourced, organic ingredients to prepare Italian classics like apple and fennel salad, smashed Yukon gold potatoes, and pizzelles. The highlight of the meal, however, is undoubtedly the bold yet graceful prosciutto-wrapped pork loin.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
