In this hands-on team building class with Chef David, you and your team will work together to prepare a three-course menu that makes for the perfect Sunday supper and leftover weekday lunches.
Chef David will begin by teaching you and your team how to prepare a simple couscous caprese salad studded with fresh basil and tomatoes. Then, you will learn how to prepare a juicy and tender roasted balsamic chicken before ending with a buttery, rich, and decadent bread pudding doused in a luscious white chocolate sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
