In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Seth, you and your team will work together to create an impressive four-course Japanese menu featuring an array of seasonal sushi and sashimi as the show-stopping centerpiece.
As you and your team work together to prepare an array of dishes, including miso soup, marinated cucumbers, matcha cake, and of course, impeccable sushi, Chef Seth will provide comprehensive instruction and demonstration while also debunking the mysteries of the sushi kitchen and leaving plenty of room for your team's imagination to run wild.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelors of Professional Studies, Chef Seth began his career as a culinary instructor and as a chef in a number of high-end restaurants across the country. Now, Chef Seth is the sous chef at one of the most exclusive clubs on the East Coast as well as a teacher of a variety of fun and exciting cooking classes you won't want to miss out on!
