Discover the beauty and magic of a Southern kitchen on a Sunday with your team!
In this fun and casual hands-on class with Chef Seth, you and your team will learn to prepare a crowd pleasing, finger licking, three-course Southern Sunday dinner menu together while realizing Southern hospitality to the full extent.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating together in this class with Chef Seth include sweet-salty-crunchy-fluffy hush puppies, crispy-on-the-outside and juicy-on-the-inside skillet fried chicken, spicy and tender collard greens, and impossibly fluffy buttermilk mashed potatoes finished with fresh herbs and homemade chicken gravy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelors of Professional Studies, Chef Seth began his career as a culinary instructor and as a chef in a number of high-end restaurants across the country. Now, Chef Seth is the sous chef at one of the most exclusive clubs on the East Coast as well as a teacher of a variety of fun and exciting cooking classes you won't want to miss out on!
