Team Building Activity - Northern Italian Handmade Pasta

Journey to the Italian Riviera with your team and learn the secrets to handmade pasta.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Paco, you and your colleagues will learn how to prepare a four-course menu featuring two handmade pasta dishes founded on northern Italian traditions and ingredients.

After beginning with a sweet and salty butter lettuce salad, you and your team will learn how to handcraft silky ribbons of fresh linguine and long, delicate strands of angel hair pasta from scratch. You and your team will learn how to work with fresh seafood and how to build layers of flavor in your homemade pasta sauces.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took my mother to this class as a gift for her 70th birthday and we both had a great time. The food was amazing and it was a really fun evening. Chef Paco was fun, friendly, energetic and engaging--I'm sure I'll bring friends and do another one of his classes. Thanks!

Highly recommend. Chef Paco is an amazing host, and he clearly puts a lot of thought and preparation into the evening. It is well-paced with the right amount of cooking/learning, and eating/socializing. I really enjoyed my experience and would love to sign up for another class in the future!
