This beautiful and chef-quality three piece cast iron set offers an excellent introduction to the Staub family of products, featuring two classic cast iron favorites: the 10” fry pan and 5.5-qt cocotte. Both pieces feature a black matte interior for superior browning without sticking as well as a smooth enamel bottom that works on all stove tops, including induction and halogen, and are oven safe up to 900F/482C without the accompanying lid (lids are oven safe to 500F/260F). The heavy-weight lid is tight-fitting to retain moisture for more flavorful and nutrient-dense meals and is compatible with both pieces for convenient use and storage. Each Staub piece transitions seamlessly from kitchen to table and can be passed through the generations as a one-of-a-kind heirloom piece.

Care & Use: Oven safe up to 900F/482C without lid. Lids are oven safe up to 500F/260C. Smooth enamel bottom works on all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction and halogen. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
