Description

Mrs. Anderson's Crème Brûlée and Cooking Torch is truly a “jack of all trades” sort of tool. For adding a unique touch to your pastries, caramelizing a crème brûlée, toasting meringues, charring vegetables and so much more, it’s the ideal cooking torch to keep around. It sears food fast and with great precision, and its child-safe, adjustable setting allows you to customize the flame’s intensity as needed, reaching temperatures up to 2,400 degrees Fahrenheit. This makes Mrs. Anderson’s culinary torch extremely versatile: everything from lightly toasting cupcake icing and marshmallows to browning the cheese on French onion soup or fresh garlic bread is just the push of a button away! But, this gadget is more than a kitchen torch—it’s a camping torch, a maintenance torch, a bar torch and more. You can use the adjustable, precision flame to help with electrical or mechanical projects, kickstart your campfire or portable grill, or even for jewelry making, soldering and welding. It’s more than just a chef’s torch, it’s a real and true multi-use tool.

Mrs. Anderson's Creme Brulee and Cooking Torch is a chef’s torch and so much more. We love being able to use it to caramelize a crème brûlée in one instance, and then in another instance use it for soldering some personalized trinkets. Incredible!
