Care and Use: Fits Mrs. Anderson’s Two-Third Sheet Pan and Big Pan Baking Mat. Oven safe to 500F. Not intended for direct flame or grill use. Never use metal tools or abrasive cleansers on the rack. Never cut foods on the rack. Remove stubborn food bits with a gentle brush. Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not soak the rack too long.
