The Atlas pasta roller will roll out sheets of dough up to 180 millimeters wide and 0.6 to 4.8 millimeters thick. Choose between ten different settings for thickness to customize it to your favorite pastas. Roll out thinner dough for a nice carbonara or cacio e pepe recipe, or make thicker strands of dough to serve with a spicy tomato or a creamy chicken and mushroom sauce. Make sure to clean your Atlas 180 pasta machine after every use by simply wiping it clean with a dry cloth or brush.
