It's a fine kit, there is no video walkthrough as stated on the box, which would have been nice. Fermentation beginners benefit from visual guides. The site is a bit bare. I recommend the 'KrautSource' kit over this which makes less, but has more support, videos and recipes.
However, if you know how to do this already, I would purchase this kit
