Care and Use: Bazooka is dishwasher safe. Unscrew end cap of the rod before washing. Bamboo mats should be covered with plastic wrap prior to each use. Gently scrub mat with mild dish soap and warm water and dry completely before storing. Do not place bamboo mats in dishwasher. Soak rice paddle in cold water prior to use to prevent rice from sticking. When slicing sushi rolls, wipe the blade of your professional grade sushi knife between each cut. Keep blade clean and damp.
