Start with your choice of soup or salad, then move on to the entrée, where you'll select between a bourbon honey-glazed baked ham or a juicy flank steak stuffed with garlic, herbs, and cheese. Along the way, enjoy two delicious sides of your liking. For dessert, indulge in a traditional gingerbread sticky pudding or a decadent crème brûlée for a sweet holiday finish.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Having worked in both the culinary and hospitality industries, Chef Joy is an entrepreneur combining his creativity and service skills to provide memorable experiences for his clients. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in the culinary arts, Chef Joy has worked as a sous chef, caterer, private chef and supervisor. Along his journey, he has fed everyone from restaurant patrons and private clients to summer campers and seniors. And now, he's eager show his skills in your kitchen.
