In this private chef experience, Chef Rachel enhances premium ingredients with gourmet techniques to craft an unforgettable menu. Select from modern and classic options to customize a four-course meal for your group.
Start with a vibrant beet salad with lemon Dijon vinaigrette, smoked salmon cucumber bites, ceviche, or Caesar salad Parmesan bowl. Then, enjoy fresh oysters, seared scallops, crab cakes or butter-poached lobster tails paired with filet mignon and red wine mushroom sauce, steak au poivre, butter lobster tails or salmon with Parmesan cream sauce, each served with luxurious sides. Finish your gourmet culinary experience with a choice of mille feuille, chocolate croissants puff pastries, fudge brownie bites or lemon tart.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We recently hosted Chef Rachel at our home for a private dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was a great experience from start to finish. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. We could tell Chef Rachel is passionate about her craft, as her attention to detail was excellent in every way. Overall, having Chef Rachel cook at our home was a dining experience that we will remember for a long time.
