Private Chef - Bold California Surf and Turf
In this private chef experience, Chef Jarrett will prepare for you a stunning blend of seafood and land fare from along the coast of California. First, delight in mussels steamed in a tomato cream broth, then enjoy pan-seared scallops paired with sous vide steak infused with garlic butter and sided by roasted carrots topped with pistachios. Dessert features a delicate sweet cream panna cotta with berry coulis.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
