This private chef experience is a worthy celebration of surf & turf. Chef Aaron will lead the way, creating a stunning meal that properly showcases the power of the land and the sea.

You'll start with your choice of appetizer, with options including a rainbow beet salad and goat cheese and mushroom tart. For your main, you'll have your choice of seafood, such as crab cakes and lobster tails, as well as your choice of meat, including rib-eye steaks or lamb chops. Make sure to save room for dessert!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With greens, heirloom tomatoes, Burrata cheese and balsamic vinegar

Classic Caesar Salad
With homemade dressing, focaccia croûtons and Parmesan ribbons

Corn and Leek Bisque

Chef Aaron was very patient with my wife and I (especially me when rolling the seaweed on the rice) as we went through the sushi process. He encouraged questions, and gave us great tips (recommended cutlery, where to source your fish). Would definitely use again.

Highly recommend this cooking class. Chef Aaron was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my husband and I and willing to answer all of our questions. And the food was delicious!! Aaron brought high quality, seasonal ingredients that made the meal perfect. We will definitely be taking more classes with Aaron in the future.
