Enjoy a private chef experience that explores the rich flavors of American cuisine. Chef Jordan will craft a delicious meal to elevate a dinner.
To begin, enjoy a refreshing Brussels sprout salad with pickled apples and bacon. Then, enjoy decadent sea scallops served with corn purée, bacon and corn relish. Savory short ribs cooked with garlic, honey and fried shallots with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots on the side. End the meal with a sweet chocolate chip cookie cooked in a cast-iron skillet with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
