Enjoy a fantastic meal with a private chef experience featuring the flavors of modern American cuisine. A gourmet chef will prepare this amazing meal while you enjoy time with family or friends. Start with a fresh arugula and endive salad topped with toasted almonds, shaved Manchego and honey-thyme vinaigrette. Your main dish is a duck legs confit and a pan-seared duck breast with celery root purée. For dessert, enjoy a chocolate coulant served with lemon curd and mint ice cream.
