WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Get a taste of the tropics with flavorful Hawaiian cuisine.
Explore Hawaii through cuisine in this immersive private chef experience. Chef Juan will craft a meal that captures the spirit and flavors of the Hawaiian region. To begin, you'll enjoy an ahi tuna tostada topped with avocado lime crema, jalapeños and cherry tomatoes. Then, enjoy a savory pork belly musubi, a type of sushi, with tropical gastrique on top. A sweet and savory ribeye and papaya salad with a Thai vinaigrette drizzle. A decadent pineapple upside-down cake made with rum and served with vanilla ice cream finishes the meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
