Private Chef - Southern France Culinary Experience
Enjoy a menu focusing on the produce and seafood of Southern France.
In this private chef experience, gourmet Chef Cedric will prepare an authentic French Mediterranean menu using traditional techniques. You'll start with an appetizer of crispy artichokes accented with olives, pomegranates and mint. Your main course is grilled octopus with red peppers, onions, garlic, olive oil and paprika accompanied by a garbanzo and garlic cake with olive oil and basil. This indulgent meal ends with a refreshing Meyer lemon custard pie topped with toasted hazelnuts and honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
