You'll savor the bold flavors of Spain in a fresh arugula salad featuring serrano ham and smoked almonds. Drawing from French tradition, the chef presents grilled skirt steak with savory shiitake mushrooms and a rich herbed demi glace. Finish the meal with a dessert inspired by a tropical Filipino favorite.

Chef Javier hails from Lima, Peru, where he received his degree in the culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu. A versatile and experienced chef, he has worked in professional kitchens and cooked for clients privately in their homes over the past 20 years. While Chef Javier is well-versed in global cuisine, Peruvian food is his specialty, and he looks forward to sharing the flavors of home with others!
