Indulge in a classic meal from Italy, as Chef Gabriel prepares a simple yet upscale menu completely from scratch. Begin with a zesty tuna carpaccio with pickled mustard and peppery arugula. Then, enjoy creamy risotto topped with tender short ribs, fried garlic gremolata and sided by lemon-infused broccolini, then taste a colorful panzanella salad studded with tomatoes and cucumber. Sink your spoon into a tiramisu parfait with whipped mascarpone for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Made a delicious looking NY strip with mole and beets, toasted almonds and herb garnish with a nice sauce over it. Chef Gabriel explained each step of the process thoroughly, both on cooking the steak and prepping the sauce and garnish, and gave some excellent guidance about resting the steak!
