Then, try juicy duck cassoulet with tender beans and root vegetables infused with herbs, and baked brie sweetened with honeycomb and crispy walnuts. For dessert, indulge in a tarte tatin baked with fresh apples and caramel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Made a delicious looking NY strip with mole and beets, toasted almonds and herb garnish with a nice sauce over it. Chef Gabriel explained each step of the process thoroughly, both on cooking the steak and prepping the sauce and garnish, and gave some excellent guidance about resting the steak!
