We had a totally plant based meal; an interesting olive tapenade over sourdough bread, delicious soup, roasted vegetables over mashed celeriac, an a coconut creme with red plums and pistachios. I learned many things about how to bring out flavors and how to mix flavors. There were four of us and we all had an outstanding time. Chef Joshua was a brilliant, kind and interesting teacher.

Joshua is so fun to talk to! And the meal was gorgeous and we loved the dinner!
