Join Chef Phil as he prepares a traditional menu with time-honored recipes from Italy. For your appetizer, indulge in authentic beef carpaccio followed by a panzanella salad drizzled with a red wine reduction. For your entrée, savor tender pork belly porchetta glazed in a peach gel with fennel slaw on the side. End your dining experience with tangy lemon posset for dessert with creamy meringue and fresh basil.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
