Savor classic Southern soul food with modern twists, artfully prepared by Chef Treasure.
Traditional flavors meet contemporary craftsmanship in this private chef experience. Begin with shrimp and grits canapés drizzled with andouille sauce, followed by juicy roast chicken atop a spiced lentil cake, accented with fresh herbs. Next, meet the flavors of Low Country succotash, full of Southern produce like okra and corn accented by African spices. Enjoy a rum-infused fig cheesecake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
