Chef-transformed seasonal vegetables into complex, umami-rich masterpieces with innovative techniques.

This private chef experience puts the focus on garden-fresh ingredients designed to be the star of the show. The menu is planned, prepared and served by an esteemed chef with a flair for creating plant-based recipes.

Enjoy the company of family and friends as you begin your meal with spiced butternut squash soup with garlic, ginger and coconut milk. Your next course is wild mushroom ragout over creamy polenta infused with a blend of rosemary, garlic and sage. Dessert is a sweet spot of poached pears in spiced red wine with coconut milk crème anglaise.
