Discover the bold and delightful flavors of Mediterranean cuisine in this private chef experience. Chef Sarah will serve a menu with traditional ingredients and savory spices for a gourmet meal. Begin with pesto and tomato chicken skewers drizzled with olive oil followed by seared halibut with an herby rosemary lemon sauce and orzo pasta with feta on the side. End with fragrant lemon and lavender bars for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With more than 20 years in the food and beverage industry, Chef Sarah has worked as a sous chef, a head cook and a supervisor. Her background involves food prep, event set-up, safety and training staff on proper use of kitchen equipment. Specialized skills include international cuisine, training, budgeting and proper food handling. She's ready to share her love of cooking, culture and kitchen techniques with you.
