Chef Kevin provides a premium private chef experience where gourmet French cuisine is at the top of the menu. He'll prepare a gorgeous meal featuring crostini topped with creamy brie, a sockeye salmon entrée served with classic risotto and tender summer squash, and a refreshing salad with a mix of beets, strawberries and feta. For dessert, indulge in wine-poached pears served with homemade ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
