WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Savor a fresh selection of chef-prepared sushi rolls and pan-Asian cuisine.
Enjoy watching a trained sushi chef at work in this experience with Chef Zack. Begin your meal by sipping on a warm bowl of savory miso soup as Chef Zack rolls and slices tuna, smoked salmon and sweet potato sushi by hand. As you enjoy your sushi rolls, he will pan-fry savory pork and vegetable dumplings with a ginger-garlic soy sauce for dipping. End dinner with crisp fried Chinese donuts glazed with five spice and served with sweet whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
