This private chef experience with Chef David is perfect for palates seeking upscale flavors. Begin with a taste of the ocean featuring scallops and lobster paired with fresh greens. Next, return to land with a popular French dish called tournedos rossini made with filet mignon pan-seared in butter, topped with foie gras and served with truffle potatoes. Finally, finish with a steakhouse classic and lavish in the vanilla notes of crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Before Chef David was an executive chef and owner of a restaurant in Switzerland, he had made appearances on a Food Network cooking show, hosted a show of his own and owned several restaurants in Iowa. At the time, he was the only French chef in Iowa. Chef David knows his way around the kitchen and is passionate about sharing his love of indulgent flavors and new culinary techniques with new audiences.
