Gather around the table for rustic French cuisine in this private chef experience with Chef Regina. Begin with a warm goat cheese salad drizzled with a shallot vinaigrette. Then, enjoy bone-in chicken braised in red wine for your main course with crispy potatoes tossed with garlic and parsley. Indulge in a traditional French favorite for dessert: Crème brûlée with vanilla beans.

Chef Regina is a seasoned culinary professional. She loves menu development and creating seasonal dishes with what is specifically in season. She taught me how to make one of the mother sauces, bechamel. Mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I was very excited about learning this.
