We made multiple sushi dishes. Prior to that, we had miso soup, which was the best I've had! James was awesome, explaining everything step by step

We did the Japanese Sushi and More class with Chef James for our date night, and it was amazing! We had so much fun, and Chef James was great! He showed us techniques, gave up tips, showed us when we needed help, and none of it felt rushed or hurried. We were able to make whatever rolls we wanted to make, and we each made probably 3 or 4 rolls, which was PLENTY. We had a starter, main course, and desert. I will definately do more classes in the future, and would HIGHLY recommend Chef James!
