The fresh flavors of vegetarian cuisine come to your holiday table in this plant-based private chef experience from Chef Teresa. Enjoy a full suite of festive homemade dishes such as vegan turkey roast with homemade gravy, butternut squash "fondue", mushroom Wellington, stuffed mushrooms, maple glazed sweet potatoes, stuffed roasted butternut squash, vegan streusel apple pie, tiramisu trifles and so much more.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our in-home cooking experience with Chef Teresa! Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. We found Teresa very easy to communicate with when we were in the planning stages, and we were impressed by her preparedness when she arrived at our home on the day of our event. Teresa shared her culinary expertise all throughout the meal preparation, and everything about our Mediterranean dinner tasted absolutely delicious! Before she left, Teresa tidied up our kitchen and left us with very satisfied tastebuds and full hearts after a very delightful evening!

With an extensive background in preparing creative, plant-based entrées and desserts, Chef Teresa carries a true passion for inspiring others to indulge in healthy meals. For the past eight years, she has worked as a personal chef specializing in this niche, and she is also able to incorporate fish and poultry into her menus. Having worked with diabetics and celiac patients in the past, Chef Teresa is well-versed in specialty diets.
