Private Chef - New Year's Holiday Party Hors d'Oeuvres
Delight in the holiday season and New Year's Eve with a festive and gourmet private chef experience. This hors d'oeuvres event begins with roasted red pepper soup or Caprese salad skewers, then you may choose six upscale dishes, including baked brie with fig, oysters Rockefeller and black-eyed pea fritters. Dessert is your choice of fondue, flourless chocolate cake or cheesecake trifles.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
