Treat yourself to an extravagant surf and turf meal, prepared just for you courtesy of Chef Jason. Start with a wedge salad with bacon crumbles and blue cheese. For the main, discover perfectly tender filet mignon with poached Maine lobster and broccolini and your choice of lobster-infused risotto or macaroni and cheese, or lemon roasted potatoes. End with a rich chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
