Delight in a fusion of flavors from Asia and Europe in this handcrafted meal prepared by Chef Jason. Prepare your palate for a culinary journey with a light yet flavorful tuna tartare with spicy mayonnaise. For the main, a delicate miso cod with sticky rice and handcrafted pork dumplings in a crispy garlic chili sauce. Finish your meal with fluffy beignets with a raspberry topping and dusting of powdered sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

In addition to earning a degree in the Culinary Arts, Chef Jason has devoted nearly two decades to developing his knowledge and skills under the guidance of renowned icons of the culinary world. From high-end French and traditional Greek cuisines to Asian fusion and seasonal menus, the chef has mastered a wide variety of cooking styles and techniques, and is excited to share his passion with adventurous amateur cooks.
