This private chef experience with Chef Dominic features a gourmet assortment of dishes with vegetables as the focus. Start with a heaping plate of charred cauliflower wings doused in house-made buffalo sauce. Your main course showcases rich and cheesy eggplant Parmesan with a béchamel sauce and arugula, and classic risotto peppered with saffron and Parmesan. For dessert, Chef Dominic will serve a handmade shortcake with macerated seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dominic's passion for cuisine began in his grandma’s kitchen at the age of five, leading him to work his way through every setting from smaller kitchens to gourmet dining rooms. Among his top honors is working with James Beard award-winner Alex Siedel. His travels introduced him to fine French cooking, and he has never looked back.
