In this private chef experience, Chef Victor will serve a charcuterie board featuring meats and cheeses, traditional garlicky shrimp, and tender braised oxtail complete with a savory broth and side of spicy potatoes. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

As a culinary trainer, he has prepared kitchen staff and fellow chefs for the exciting work of food curation and preparation.
