Private Chef - Wine-Infused Small Bites

Expand your palate while winding down with delicate and delightful wine-infused hors d'oeuvres and dessert.

In this totally unique private chef experience, expert Chef Esh-Marie will show you the art of hors d'oeuvres. With her deft culinary skills, she will prepare four delectable bite-sized dishes infused with gourmet wine for an elegantly innovative experience. You'll enjoy a salad with grilled peaches, tangy cheese and bacon, juicy chicken wings in a cabernet sauvignon glaze, and refreshing tomato bruschetta. For dessert, save room for a memorable red wine, strawberry and chocolate ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Grilled Peach Salad With a Lemony Vinaigrette

With romaine lettuce, arugula, goat cheese or feta cheese and bacon

Wine-Glazed Wings

With hot sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic and thyme

Bruschetta

With tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, parsley and crostini

With pinot noir, sugar, lemon, thyme, strawberries and chocolate

Oh my Goodness! We had the most awesome experience with Chef Esh-Marie. Our expectations were met a thousand times over. My family and friends were impressed by the presentation of each and every course. Chest Esh-Marie was on time and very professional. The charcuterie board was especially exquisite. We loved the portions and the quality of our meal. We thought the chef was extremely pleasant and would recommend her to everyone. She made this a very special 60th birthday celebration for my brother.

Chef Esh-Marie gave my family and I a wonderful experience. Communication was timely. My daughter is a vegetarian and Chef prepared a seperate pasta dish that was amazing. Chef was fun to talk to, prepared great food and was everything I expected.

Esh- Marie put together a fantastic meal for my dad's 70th birthday. She was able to adjust the menu to fit our needs, came on time and left everything spotless. She was a joy to have at our house and really made us feel comfortable during the dinner. I wasn't sure what to expect this being the first time we've used a private chef for an event, but I would highly recommend Esh-Marie for your next dinner party.
