Chef Esh-Marie's infectious energy, passion for cooking and gourmet dishes will help start your day right. In this luxurious private chef experience, you'll enjoy your favorite brunch dishes made with professional flair, like mini French toast with warm berry compote and crispy fried chicken, and creamy Cajun shrimp and grits with bacon and Gouda. Gather your friend group for an elegant, unforgettable brunch experience.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Mini French Toast With Chicken and Berry Compote

With cinnamon, sugar, eggs, vanilla and French bread baguette

Shrimp and Grits

With bacon, garlic, shallots, peppers, tomatoes and heavy cream

Smothered Country Red Potatoes

Chef Esh-Marie was amazing! She exceeded our private chef expectations. Chef came early and stayed late, the dinner was delicious and she was very accommodating. She left the kitchen cleaner than it was when she arrived and was super friendly and fun to talk to. Thank you Chef!

Oh my Goodness! We had the most awesome experience with Chef Esh-Marie. Our expectations were met a thousand times over. My family and friends were impressed by the presentation of each and every course. Chest Esh-Marie was on time and very professional. The charcuterie board was especially exquisite. We loved the portions and the quality of our meal. We thought the chef was extremely pleasant and would recommend her to everyone. She made this a very special 60th birthday celebration for my brother.

Chef Esh-Marie gave my family and I a wonderful experience. Communication was timely. My daughter is a vegetarian and Chef prepared a seperate pasta dish that was amazing. Chef was fun to talk to, prepared great food and was everything I expected.

Esh- Marie put together a fantastic meal for my dad's 70th birthday. She was able to adjust the menu to fit our needs, came on time and left everything spotless. She was a joy to have at our house and really made us feel comfortable during the dinner. I wasn't sure what to expect this being the first time we've used a private chef for an event, but I would highly recommend Esh-Marie for your next dinner party.
