This 4-course private dining experience is brought to you by Bryan ChefDos Mitchell. Whether you are on a date night, special occasion i.e. anniversary, birthday, or simply entertaining guests for dinner, you can look forward to a wonderful experience that you will never forget. ChefDos is passionate about delivering a high-quality dining experience for you and your guests. The menu flavors for this particular dinner are Pan-Seared Garlic Butter Lamb Chops served atop a creamy Paris Mash, a sriracha buffalo cauliflower appetizer, and a side of caramelized brussel sprouts that you will absolutely love. The featured dessert item is an old-fashioned Blackberry Cobbler prepared from scratch and served with a scoop Vanilla Ice Cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Sriracha Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

With baked and breaded cauliflower with fresh lemon juice and blue cheese crumble

Pan-seared Garlic Butter Greek Lamb Chops

With greek lambchops with garlic, butter, rosemary and thyme served over a creamy paris mash

Caramelized Brussel Sprouts

With fresh caramelized brussel sprouts with brown sugar and fresh herbs

Old-fashioned Blackberry Cobbler

With warm baked cobbler with fresh berries served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Honestly, my colleagues were very disappointed in this class and also with the chef’s performance. We don’t recommend it for large groups or team building events.

We had so much fun with Chef Dos. He was knowledgeable, fun and entertaining. The food was excellent, I particularly loved the homemade salad dressing, it was so fresh and tasty. We will definitely have him return

Class FAR exceeded our expectations! Chef Dos was phenomenal and knowledgeable. Came prepared with EVERYTHING needed for the class. Taught us how to repurpose the dough and make 4 or 5 different recipes that will go into heavy rotation in our home. This class was worth every penny and will hopefully book more! Thanks Chef Dos!

Chef Dos was our first CozyMeal experience and he did not disappoint! The food was outstanding, he made the recipe easy to understand, and the company was even better. Lots of laughs, and leftovers! 10/10 recommend and we will definitely book again!

My friend and I had such a fun night with Chef Dos as our guide through a Fiesta of Flavor! Everything was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed getting to know Dos and his story while we cooked. It was so nice that he let us be as involved as we wanted but beg off and just let him do his thing so we could sit and visit while a delicious meal was prepared just for us. We made note of the other classes he teaches so we can book him for parties with more people. Highly recommend Chef Dos!

It was a fun evening with wonderful food! The chicken was prepared perfectly (I helped a bit!) and was very moist and tasty. I was not a fan of the cake, a little too rich for me! Chef Dos was entertaining and knowledgeable. We would definitely request him again!

As Chef Dos made a wonderful meal for us, he shared his experience, his music and himself as well! The biscuits were the perfect blend of crispy and chewy--I still can't figure out had he did that. The chicken was moist, the sauce flavorful and the polenta so creamy. And his cake was delicately fruited and spiced. What a great evening for us while visiting Detroit! Thank you, Chef Dos.

Chef Dos was a phenomenal instructor, and really easy going! My fiancé and I participated in his sushi making class and we’re not disappointed! We learned how to make sushi and then enjoyed it together! It was a really fun experience and Chef Dos made it even more enjoyable with his conversations with us. Thank you Chef Dos and we highly recommend him!
