In this plant-based private chef experience with Chef Nedra, you’ll savor a satisfying Mediterranean menu. First, delight in creamy pan-seared vegan cheese served with fresh pita bread, and a salad with the innovative combination of mint, arugula and cucumbers tossed in tangy dressing. Grape leaves filled with fluffy rice, creamy hummus with vegetables and a wild rice dish round out your main course. For dessert, enjoy flaky apple crumble and velvety ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
