Private Chef - Contemporary Yet Classic Steakhouse Dining
Chef Johnny offers a fresh take on the traditional steakhouse meal in this private chef experience. After an amuse-bouche of stuffed tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese and balsamic vinegar, you'll savor a classic iceberg wedge salad with smoked bacon. Then, Chef Johnny will serve your entrée of tender beef tenderloin (filet mignon is also available) with truffle mashed potatoes and a fresh béarnaise barbecue sauce before three decadent chocolate desserts.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
