Traditional and modern Italian ingredients combine in this private chef experience with Chef Johnny. Begin your fine Italian feast with appetizers of bruschetta with provel cheese alongside a smoky tomato soup, and a caprese salad with creamy burrata cheese and locally sourced tomatoes. Then, enjoy basil roasted organic chicken paired with a white truffle wild mushroom risotto before indulging in tiramisu semifreddo with ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and fresh whipped cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
