Enjoy the fresh flavors and delicate cooking techniques of Japan in this private experience with Chef Tina. Warm your palate with miso soup and fried tofu pouches. Then, dig into a sushi salmon salad made with spicy aioli, avocado and crispy shallots before enjoying exotic mushroom nigiri. End the meal with an authentic Japanese cheesecake topped with a sparkling sake berry coulis with notes of hibiscus.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
