Enjoy gourmet Cajun-Asian fusion cuisine in this private chef experience with Chef Devin. Begin with shrimp and pork wontons drizzled with hot sauce and chili crisp. Then, indulge in orange-glazed pork tenderloin, a garlic-butter Chinese broccoli stir fry tossed with various Cajun spices and scallion-peppered jasmine rice. Top off your experience with freshly prepared egg rolls filled with strawberries and cream cheese.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He’s been featured in Southern Cast Iron magazine and has prepared meals for celebrity clients, including actor Titus Burgess. His focus on Cajun, Creole and Asian flavors informs his “Casian” fusion menus with invigorating creative flair. Chef Devin is eager to lead others on a journey that feeds both the body and the soul.
