Chef Dan is amazing teacher. Down to earth & he got SOUL!!! The seafood class was very upscale. Now I know how to make at home. I learned so much about preparing seafood. Chef Dan where’s many hat in the preparing food. So for sure I will taking more of Chef Dan cooking classes with Cozymeal. 1 more thing I laugh so much. Laughter is always good for the SOUL!!!!

Dan was a true professional, he made the class really fun, and also had some great stories to share about life in the culinary biz! The food was divine! Every single course was more delicious than the last. Highly recommend!
