Begin with vegetarian King "scallops" in a herbaceous and light chimichurri sauce. Next, discover a colorful carrot and beet napoleon with spiced kale chips. Finally, sample marinated and lightly fried tofu. End your meal with a deconstructed cheesecake with a sweet and savory balsamic strawberry reduction.
